Sarah Palin had a new dance studio to run in her home state of Alaska.
Palin, who is running for president, arrived in Alaska on Thursday to hold her first dance in the state, a performance of “The Stars and Stripes” that was promoted on Facebook.
The Alaska Dispatch News reported that Palin is the latest celebrity to take a trip to Alaska, with her husband, former President Donald Trump, and a number of other celebrities making stops there.
In the past, celebrities have also been seen visiting dance studios to do shows.
Last month, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her husband visited the “Bud Light House of Dance” in Anchorage.
The dance studio in the resort town is a new venture by Palin’s dance company, Sarah’s Dance Studio, which is based in Anchorage’s Town Center shopping center.
It is not known how much Palin will cost to rent the space, which has a capacity of 300 people.
She has said that she plans to use it to conduct shows at the studio.
Palins husband, Mark, who was the state’s governor at the time, visited the studio on his honeymoon in 2014.
She also has been a regular visitor to the studio, according to the Alaska Dispatch.
“She’s always been a great dance partner and an incredible entertainer,” said Kelly Breslin, who works for Sarah’s and has known Palin for years.
She is scheduled to visit the studio in late June, the newspaper reported.
