The world’s biggest dance company is to open a new studio in the heart of New York City.
Dubstep and EDM giant DANCE is planning to open its newest venue in the former Bumble and Bumble club in Midtown Manhattan on June 1, with the space expected to be packed with live acts and DJs.
Dubs will play to thousands of people who will be given tickets to the venue.DJs and producers from around the world will be at the event, which will also feature DJ sets from the likes of Krewella, Diplo, Lil Wayne and many more.
The dance studio will have a capacity of 2,500, which is a substantial increase from the current 2,000.
Dance will open the facility by hosting an event on Thursday June 2 at 7pm, with performances to follow.
The venue is owned by the American dance music industry giant, which also owns the DREAM music festival and the legendary DANCE festival.
The DREAM event takes place at New York’s Governors Ball festival from June 9-11.
The new DANCE venue will feature a DJ set that is designed to be interactive and fun for anyone.
It will also be a place to find new music and discover new talent.
A full lineup of acts is yet to be announced.
Dubstyle, DANCE’s main brand, is expected to have about 300 staff working in the new venue.
It is the first new studio for DANCE since the company was founded in 2009 and has been home to acts like Madeon, Daft Punk and many others.
Dance is a part of the New York Dance Music Network and was recently bought by the Entertainment Industry Group.
