UAE is set to open its first dance studio in the Gulf state, a move that will allow young people to experiment with dance and bring the world together.
The Dubai Dance Studio, the first dance school in the GCC, will open in Dubai’s Marina area on Monday, the UAE Times reported on Monday.
The UAE will be the first Gulf state to offer a dance academy, with the country hosting the World Dance Championships in Dubai earlier this year.
The dance school, which will be located on a vacant plot of land in the Marina area of Dubai, will teach about 90 students to learn the dance techniques of the UAE’s elite and foreign dancers, according to the report.
Dubai Dance Studio will also offer a number of courses in the future, such as traditional dancing, jazz, hip hop and classical, according the report, which also noted that the dance studio is the only one in the country with a certificate in dance.
The Emirati government has not yet decided on a name for the new dance studio.
The UAE Dance Studio has already been established and is one of the first in the Middle East.
However, the new school is yet to open.
In the past, the Emiratis have been known to offer dance schools and dance clubs in the capital, Abu Dhabi.
The Abu Dhabi National Dance Academy opened in 2009 and the Abu Dhabi Dance Studio opened in 2013.
However the UAE is not yet an official dance academy.
The Dubai Dance School, which is set on the same land as the Abu Dubai National Dance School opened in 2014, is the first and only dance academy in the region.
The facility, which has a capacity of around 50 students, will serve as a stepping stone to the new Dubai dance academy and a new dance school for other countries in the area, according UAE News.
