Starstruktion, a hip-hop dance studio in the Los Angeles suburb of Koreatown, was among the venues that will play host to the second annual BABYMETAL live concert at the Los Feliz Theater on May 16.
The concert will take place the same night as the Super Bowl, and the venue will also be hosting the BABUET live event on June 1.
The BAByMETAL music group is a Japanese pop group comprised of five members.
It released its first album in 2015.
The first concert took place in October in Los Angeles, but the event was canceled amid heavy criticism of the event from fans and other critics.
A total of 11 venues across the U.S. have been booked for the BAMMETAL event.
The venue in Los Felicias, California, is the first.
According to the organizers, “We hope to welcome the world to BABYCATAL.”
BabyMETal will perform their hit “GIVE ME POWER,” which was released last month, in a live video feed from the Koreatown venue.
The venue is also set to host the “Super Bowl” live concert on March 1.
The first Super Bowl event was held at the New York City venue in 2017.
